Shipping policy
Delivery
We have teamed up with POS Malaysia, GD Express or any other reputable courier company to provide shipping for all orders nationwide.
A tracking number will be provided once the order has been dispatched for orders using these services. Please note that this option sometimes requires someone to be present to sign for the parcel, regardless of its size. If you have received your tracking number and it does not appear to be working immediately, do not be alarmed. It will be up and running usually by the end of the same day.
Most of our orders are delivered within 1-2 working days. Some delays may be out of our control, but you can still expect your products to be delivered approximately 5-6 working days within west Malaysia and up to 14 days for East Malaysia from the time of dispatch from our warehouse. Processing times may be delayed and take up to 5-6 working days, while courier shipping times may take another 5-6 working days.

Please note that shipping may be delayed during holidays or peak periods, and additional fees may be charged for rescheduling missed deliveries.
Self Collection (Pick Up)
When you select Self collect, we will ship your items from our warehouse to our main office in Bandar Menjalara, Kuala Lumpur.
How to place a Self Collect (Pick Up) order.
- Choose the "Self Collect" option at checkout
- Select the store location (Bandar Menjalara, KL)
- Fill up the billing address details for reference purposes
- Proceed to payment and checkout. Self Collect - Standard orders will usually take 1-2 working days to be available at our office.
- Once your order is ready for collection, we will notify you via email or whatsapp. Do note to only proceed down to our office for collection once the notification has been sent.
- Collect your order from the designated store during our operation hours (as per your email confirmation) within 72hrs by showing your confirmation message to any of our friendly staff members, and they will assist you with your order.
Note that changes will not be allowed once your order is confirmed. Additionally, if you have yet to collect your product within the collection period, we will refund your order, and your order may be returned to our warehouse.
